Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, financing, or the availability of any vehicle. All financing, pricing, and vehicle availability are subject to verification, underwriting, and final agreement at the dealership.

Denison Motors offers optional text messaging programs. By checking either SMS consent box on our Contact Us form, you agree to receive the messages described next to that checkbox from Denison Motors at the phone number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or financing.

• Program description: marketing messages (offers, news, and updates) and/or transactional messages (appointment confirmations, service updates, and inquiry responses).
• Message frequency: varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

• Carriers supported: major US carriers. Not all handsets or carriers support all message types.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any vehicle warranty, if offered, is provided separately in writing at the time of sale.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denison Motors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Denison Motors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
